Information We Collect

• Order details: your name, shipping and billing addresses, email address, phone number if supplied, and the items ordered.
• Payment details: PayPal processes every payment. Card data never touches our server, and full card numbers are not stored by Shapparels.
• Correspondence: emails and contact-form messages you send us.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and cookie data, recorded automatically during your visit.

How We Use Your Information

Purposes: producing and delivering your order, and handling support for it; sending order and delivery notifications; answering questions; detecting fraud and protecting the site; measuring site use so it can be improved; and, with your consent only, sending marketing email. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.

Print On Demand & Third-Party Services

Each order is produced by our print partner. To make and deliver it, we pass your name, shipping address and order contents to that partner and to the shipping carrier. We also rely on providers for payments, hosting, email delivery and analytics. These providers may use the data only to perform services for us. Shapparels does not sell personal information.

Cookies & Tracking

Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working. We may also use analytics and advertising cookies to measure traffic and ad performance. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, but checkout requires essential cookies.

Data Security & Retention

Data moves over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to order records is restricted to people who need it for their work. Records are kept as long as required to complete orders, handle claims and meet tax and legal duties; after that, they are deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your personal information, a correction or its deletion, and you can opt out of marketing email at any time, by writing to [email protected]. Residents of certain U.S. states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Virginia and others, may hold further rights: to know what data is collected, to opt out of targeted advertising and of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, to appeal a decision on a request, and to use these rights without discrimination. Verified requests are answered within the period the applicable law sets. Shapparels does not knowingly collect information from children under 13; the site is not aimed at them.
