Clothing: buying guide
This section collects every Shapparels garment: T-shirts, pullover hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, jackets, jerseys and Hawaiian shirts. Each one is made to order. Your order is released to our print partner after checkout, and nothing is printed in advance.
Lead time is set by construction. Tees, hoodies and sweatshirts take 2–4 business days. Jackets, jerseys and Hawaiian shirts carry an all-over print that covers the full garment, so they take 4–6 business days. After production, U.S. transit takes 4–8 business days. The Shipping Time tab on every listing shows the estimate for that item. An order placed after 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time joins the next business day’s production queue.
Fit differs between garment types. A medium tee and a medium jacket do not share the same measurements, and fleece is cut with more room than a tee. Open the chart for the exact style on our size chart page and compare it with a garment you already own. Fabric content and care instructions are listed on each product page.
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or different from your order, report it within 30 days of delivery. Our Return & Refunds Policy explains the replacement and refund process step by step.
