Mugs & Tumblers: buying guide
This category holds two drinkware types. Mugs are for hot drinks at home or at a desk. Tumblers are for carrying hot or cold drinks while you travel. Each listing states the capacity, the material and whether a lid is included.
Mugs and tumblers are made to order. Production takes 2–4 business days, and U.S. transit takes 4–8 business days after that. If the item is a gift for a set date, compare the estimate in the Shipping Time tab with that date before you order.
Dishwasher and microwave suitability is not the same for every item, so check the care note on the listing before first use. As a rule, hand washing extends the life of a printed surface, and tumblers do not go in the microwave. The care note on each product page applies to that specific item.
Every piece is packed for transit. If your mug or tumbler is chipped, cracked or broken on arrival, photograph the item and its packaging, then email us no later than 30 days after delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, as set out in our Return & Refunds Policy.
