Hats: buying guide
Four hat styles are available. Structured baseball caps hold their shape with a firm front panel. Snapbacks have a flat brim and an adjustable snap closure. Dad hats are unstructured, with a curved brim and a softer crown. Knit beanies are for cold weather. Each listing names the decoration method and the closure type.
Hats are made to order. Production takes 4–6 business days, and U.S. transit takes 4–8 business days. The Shipping Time tab on the product page shows the estimate before you pay.
Fit: most caps are one size and adjust at the back with a snap, strap or buckle. Beanies are knit to stretch over most adult head sizes. If a style comes in fitted sizes, its measurements are on that listing.
Care: clean a cap by dabbing it with a damp cloth, then air dry it. Keep caps out of the washer and dryer. When stored, a cap should rest on a support inside the crown to protect the front panel.
A hat that is crushed, damaged or printed with the wrong design on arrival qualifies for a replacement or refund. Send a photo and the order number no later than 30 days after delivery, and follow the steps in our Return & Refunds Policy.
