Ordering & Payment

Is every product made to order?

Yes. Tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, jerseys, Hawaiian shirts, hats, mugs and tumblers are all produced by our print partner after checkout. There is no pre-printed stock.

Which payment methods can I use?

PayPal, or a debit or credit card via PayPal guest checkout. All charges are in U.S. dollars and are taken when you place the order. Details: Payment Methods.

Do you charge sales tax?

Shapparels does not currently collect sales tax at checkout. Duties or import taxes on international orders are paid by the recipient on arrival.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Production takes 2–4 business days (4–6 business days for hats, jerseys, jackets and Hawaiian shirts). Transit then takes 4–8 business days in the U.S. and 12–22 business days internationally. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time enter production on the next business day.

What does shipping cost?

United States: $6.99 for the first item + $3.00 for each additional item. International: $15.00 for the first item + $6.00 for each additional item. Checkout displays the exact charge before you pay.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. A tracking number is emailed when the order ships. Enter it on our Track Order page.

Sizing

How do I pick a size?

Each garment style has its own chart, with flat measurements in inches and centimeters. Measure a garment you own that fits well, then compare. If you fall between two sizes, the larger one gives a looser fit. Size Chart

Returns & Refunds

What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Send your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. After approval, you receive a replacement or a full refund; refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return & Refunds Policy

Can I send back an item that does not fit?

No. Each item is produced for one order, so returns for a change of mind, or for a size chosen without checking the chart, are not accepted. Email us before ordering if you want help with sizing.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes, within 6 hours of checkout and before production begins. Cancellation & Modification Policy

Care

How do I care for printed apparel?

Wash inside out in cold water with like colors. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry on low or line dry, and keep the iron off the printed area. For jackets, jerseys and Hawaiian shirts, use a cold wash and dry on a line. Hats: spot clean. Mugs and tumblers: see the care line on each listing.

Do you take group or custom orders?
