Cancellation & Modification Policy

An order can be changed or cancelled only before it enters production. This page lists what can change, the time limit and the details we need from you.

Order Modifications

What Can Be Modified

• Garment style, size or color
• Design: another Shapparels design at the same price
• Shipping address

Important Conditions

• Your request must reach us within 6 hours of checkout and before production begins.
• After printing starts, the item is fixed. After the order ships, the address is fixed.
• If a change alters the order total, we confirm the new amount with you before applying it.

Order Cancellations

A cancellation received within 6 hours, before production begins, is refunded in full, to the payment method used, within 5–10 business days. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled. It remains covered by our Return & Refunds Policy if it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Why Changes Are Limited

Production starts shortly after checkout. Each item is printed for your order alone; it cannot return to stock or go to another customer. For that reason the change window is short, and it closes when production begins.

Submitting a Request

Email [email protected]. Subject line: “Order change” or “Order cancellation”. Include:

• The name on the order
• The order number
• The exact change required, or a clear request to cancel

Each request is confirmed by email. If no confirmation arrives within our reply window, check your spam folder and send the request again.
