This item goes into production only after you check out. Your delivery window has two parts: production days, then carrier days. We count business days (Monday to Friday, U.S. federal holidays excluded). An order received after 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time joins the next business day’s production queue.

  • Edits and cancellations: no charge if you contact us within 6 hours of placing the order, before it is printed.
  • Covered: a print defect, damage in transit, the wrong item or a parcel that never arrives. Tell us within 30 days of delivery (for a missing parcel, counted from the last day of its delivery estimate) and choose a reprint at no cost or a full refund.
  • To report it: send your order number and a clear photo to [email protected]. Expect a reply within 24 hours on business days and a decision within 2–3 business days.
  • Refund timing: approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and arrive within 5–10 business days.
  • Not covered: since every piece is printed for one customer, we cannot take back items for a change of mind, a size picked without the size chart, or garments that were worn or washed.
