Shapparels is an online business that produces items to order. It operates from 1554 Lorewood Grove Rd, Middletown, DE 19709, United States. When you use this website or place an order, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. To order, you must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian involved in the purchase.

Products & Orders

• Every product is produced after checkout. Product images are digital mockups; print position and color on the finished item can vary slightly.
• A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. We may refuse an order or cancel it; typical reasons are a price or listing mistake, a payment flagged as possible fraud, or a destination we cannot serve. Any payment for an order we cancel is refunded in full.
• Measurements appear on each product page and on our Size Chart. Check them before you order.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices can change at any time; a change does not affect an order already placed. Full payment is collected at checkout through the methods displayed there. Shipping charges appear before you pay. Recipients of international orders may owe import duties and taxes.

Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping Policy sets out production times, transit times, rates and carriers. All delivery dates are estimates.

Returns & Refunds

Cancellations, modifications, replacements and refunds follow our Cancellation & Modification Policy together with our Return & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Shapparels name and logo, and the text, graphics, images and layout of this website, are owned by Shapparels. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission. Third-party names and trademarks shown on the site remain the property of their owners. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, submit a notice under our DMCA Copyright Policy or email [email protected]. Every notice is reviewed.

User Conduct

Do not misuse this website. Misuse includes disrupting its operation, reaching data without authorization, placing fraudulent orders and any unlawful activity.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Shapparels provides the website and its products “as is”. Shapparels is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. For any claim related to an order, our maximum liability is the amount paid for that order. These terms do not remove consumer rights that the law treats as non-waivable.

Governing Law & Disputes

The laws of the State of Delaware, United States govern these terms, without applying conflict-of-law principles. Raise any concern with us first; most issues are settled by email. A dispute that cannot be settled informally will be decided by a state or federal court in New Castle County, Delaware, unless the law where you live requires a different forum.
